Privacy policy

This site is a showcase. It does not create advertising profiles and does not resell any data. The only personal data it keeps is what you deliberately submit through the contact form or the newsletter sign-up, plus the anonymous audience statistics described below.
Data we may process
- Contact form: the name, email address and message you submit are recorded on Supabase (EU servers) and forwarded by email to the artist. They are used solely to answer you, never for advertising.
- Newsletter: when you sign up, your email address and the language of the site are recorded on Supabase (EU servers) and the artist is notified by email. Your address is used only to send you JAYDEN's news, and never shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to one of those emails or by writing to contact@jaydenmusic.com: your address is then erased.
Audience statistics
To understand where its audience comes from, the site keeps an anonymous count of visits. On the first page view of a session, an approximate location is derived from your IP address through the service ipwho.is, and only the following is recorded: your country and an approximate position rounded to about 11 km (never your exact location). Your IP address is never stored. These aggregated figures are hosted on Supabase and are used solely to display overall audience statistics (number of visits and countries). No individual profile is created, and this data is never sold or shared.
Retention & sharing
Messages sent through the contact form are kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, simply write to contact@jaydenmusic.com.
External links
This site links to third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and later Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube). Once there, those platforms' own privacy policies apply.
Cookie policy
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Its only audience measurement is an anonymous, aggregated visit count (see “Audience statistics” in the Privacy policy).
It only uses your browser's local storage for essential technical preferences:
- your chosen language (English or French);
- your cookie-notice choice, so the banner does not reappear;
- the playback state of the music player;
- a marker noting that your visit has already been counted for the current session (so a page reload is not counted twice).
This information stays on your device and is never sent to a server. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings (clear site data). Removing it simply resets these preferences.
