Apple has officially announced the release of their new ipad! This… is next level. It looks like a bigger iphone… actually a cross between an iphone and a laptop.  It has a 9.7-inch touch screen, it’s .5-inch thick and weighs 1.5 lbs. The ipad comes with 16,32, or 64 gigabytes of flash memory storage, obviously the price of the device rises with the amount of storage. The ipad also has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Connectivity and they are saying it has a 10 hour battery life. Apple announced that the ipad will be released in MARCH and starts at $499. The capabilities of this new device is incredible, send emails, watch videos, maps, browser, games… the list goes on and on. Not to mention that all your favorite iphone and itouch apps WILL work with this new device. Start saving… I know you want one.

Theory and I spoke on the phone earlier this week about how crazy the situation is in Haiti. We decided to put our talent to good use and produce and write a song that promoted donations to foundations supplying relief to those left with nothing after the earthquake. Yesterday afternoon, A.N.T (Ayb & Theory) and I got in the studio and made “Answer The Call”. You can download the song for free, and we encourage you to send it to everyone you know. To say the opinions of others do not alter your decisions would be a lie to yourself. What happened to trusting yourself? What happened to trusting your God given abilities and gifts? What happened to following your gut? Up to this point in my music career, I have taken that trust and put it in other people to guide me. Thinking they know better than I do. Truth is, NO ONE knows your gifts better than you do. Granted, you need help to reach your goals, but the direction and route you take should be something you trust and believe. I would rather fail because I made the wrong decisions than to fail because someone else did. I’ve always had a vision… the type of artist I am and the type of music I would make. Somewhere along the years I let people take the steering wheel of my vision and soon enough it felt like no one was driving at all. Well… I can honestly say that chapter is OVER. I have the steering wheel now! I may not take the route they advise me, I am different from the other artists they would like me to mimic. I may not make a good Justin, or  a good Usher. I may not climb to success the route that Ne-Yo took. I might not have that one huge smash hit in the clubs to jump start my career like so many other artists have. But you know what… I MAKE THE BEST “ME”. I write from my experiences, so there cannot be another because I am the only one living MY life. From now on… I’m trusting that. I Make the Best “ME”.
